Bob was raised in Lismore, attended Woodlawn College, obtained his legal qualifications from the University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor in 1981.

Bob commenced practice in Ballina in 1983 and is very involved in Community Organisations mainly focusing on youth and disability issues. Bob is married with 3 children.

Bob consults in a number of areas including contract and commercial issues, property purchases and development, litigation challenges and disputes with the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).

Colin joined the practice in 1988 with a background in accounting. Col undertook studies through the University of Sydney and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1994. Colin graduated to partner in 1999.

Col is married with 3 children and lives in Ballina.

Colin has a range of experience in conveyancing, personal injury, wills, probate, litigation and estate planning.

Luke undertook his law degree at the University of Tasmania and was admitted as a solicitor in 2003. He began practicing in his hometown of Hobart. In 2004 Luke moved to Ballina where he worked locally as a solicitor. He joined Hosie and Partners in 2010 Luke is an active member of the Ballina Triathlon Club and the Northern Rivers Cycling Club.

Luke currently practices in personal injury, litigation, criminal, family, employment law, court representation, property and commercial law.
