Partner

Colin initially joined the practice in 1988, with a background in accounting. After studying law at the University of Sydney, he was admitted as a solicitor in 1994 and became a partner in 1999. Colin has astute experience in conveyancing, personal injury, wills, probate, litigation, and estate planning. Outside of work, Col loves spending quality time with his grandkids and enjoys a peaceful day of fishing.

Partner

Luke undertook his law degree at the University of Tasmania and was admitted as a solicitor in 2003, practicing in his hometown of Hobart. In 2004, Luke moved to Ballina where he worked locally as a solicitor, before joining Hosie & Partners in 2010. Luke currently practices in personal injury litigation, inheritance disputes, property, and commercial law. Outside of work, Luke likes staying active with running, ocean swimming, and free diving.

Associate

Courtney is a local to the area, having grown up in the Northern Rivers region. She undertook her law degree at Southern Cross University where she was awarded the Ross Reid Prize for Conveyancing.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time at the beach and reading a good novel.
